Piedmontese Beef Stir Fry

Simple and quick beef stir-fry using Piedmontese steak strips.

Serves 4


  • 450g Piedmontese beef, cut into fine strips
  • Rape Seed Oil
  • 225g stir fry vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour


Mix marinade ingredients together. Add the beef.
Heat a wok or large pan. Add oil and stir-fry the vegetables, remove.

Return the vegetables to the wok, add 2-3 tablespoon of water and the oyster sauce.

Serve on a bed of rice or noodles
